Our talented Cast
Emily Laverdiere (Charlotte)
@notoriousemlav Emily (aka Em Lav) performs in three musical improv groups with Catalyst Comedy. She also writes and performs in scripted musicals. She embraces (and hopes to rise to) the challenge of not bursting out into song during this non-musical show. Devon Courtney (Luke)
@devonmcourtney Devon is a burlesquer, actor, acrobat, and social armadillo who is more interested in the snack table than the main event. He likes awkward hugs and downplaying serious injuries. Devon is happy to share a yogurt with you. Amy Leigh (Beth)
@frizziface Amy Leigh is a improv and sketch performer with a sharp sense of humor and exquisite taste in pugs. She had a blast recording FemRom and is excited for everyone to hear the show! |
Alex Deroo (Jack)
@lex_ro0 Alex is a North Shore/Boston based actor with a BFA in Theatre Performance from Salem State University. Alex has a variety of experience performing Shakespeare including Macbeth, Twelfth Night, King Henry IV, Hamlet and The Comedy of Errors. When he is not on stage he enjoys playing music, listening to vinyl, and reading graphic novels. He is very excited to be part of the FemRomPod team and is ready to help bring this hilarious play to life. Nicole Abondanzza (Polly)
Nicole is a theater actor; she played Polly in the FemRom! staged reading and full production at ImprovBoston. Some recent roles include Fanny Dashwood in Sense & Sensibility (Concord Players), Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing (Theater Company of Saugus), and Caroline Bingley/Mrs. Gardiner in Pride & Prejudice (Skylight Theater Collective). She is excited to make her podcast debut with this wonderfully ridiculous and hilarious show. R.H. Abdelghani (Narrator)

Erin Sheehy (April)
@erinelisesheehy Erin Sheehy is an actor, improviser, Taylor Swift fan, and functioning adult. She has been performing improv, musical improv, & sketch comedy regularly since 2015, and is a former member of various groups in the Greater Boston Area including: ImprovBoston, Union Comedy, and enough various indie teams to fill a person with fear. She relocated to Salt Lake City in 2022, where she can currently be found performing with ImprovBroadway and Crowdsourced Comedy. She is *through the roof* with excitement to finally, finally see the FemRomPodcast come to life - thanks to this whole team for making it happen and inviting her to be a part of it (she wrote this about herself in 3rd person but is conscious that it's falling apart a little bit now). Enjoy the pod - thanks for listening!! Gregory Scott (Dylan)
Gregory Scott is an improv performer, director, and instructor with over fifteen years of experience. He lives in Boston and can occasionally be seen performing in geeky productions such as Magic: The Gathering: The Show and ambitious works such as his fully improvised solo piece, The Greg Show. He's also a dad, which he'd like you to think about as you listen to his performance in this podcast. |
